I am a high-performance hybrid mango variety from Gujarat, developed specifically to combine the best qualities of the famous Alphonso and the productive Kesar. I produce medium-to-large, attractive fruits with a slight curve and a vibrant yellow skin. My flesh is deep saffron in color, completely fiberless, and offers a perfect blend of the rich aroma of Alphonso with the intense sweetness of Kesar.

I am a robust and high-yielding hybrid variety designed for superior taste, consistent annual bearing, and an excellent pulp-to-stone ratio.

I was developed in Gujarat, India, through intensive research aimed at creating a "super-mango" that thrives in the hot, semi-arid regions of Western India.

I prefer deep watering during my early years and fruiting cycles, but I am remarkably drought-tolerant once established; ensure my soil is well-drained.

I am a sun-lover and require full, direct sunlight for at least 8 to 10 hours a day to develop my high sugar levels and signature golden-saffron flesh.

I thrive in hot, dry to humid climates between 25°C and 42°C and am well-adapted to the intense heat typical of the Gujarat and Maharashtra belts.

I have a moderately vigorous growth habit and perform best in loamy to slightly sandy soil that allows for deep root penetration.

I respond very well to organic fertilizers like castor cake and well-rotted cow manure, supplemented with potash during the flowering stage.

My scientific name is Mangifera indica 'SP Gujarat 1' and I belong to the Anacardiaceae family.

My fruit is a safe treat for pets, but keep them away from my leaves and sap, which can cause skin irritation or allergic reactions.

My dense, evergreen foliage is an excellent air purifier, absorbing carbon dioxide and releasing fresh oxygen while providing a cool shade canopy.

I am rich in Vitamin A and Beta-carotene, and because I am a hybrid, I often exhibit "hybrid vigor," producing more fruit than many traditional varieties.

I am generally more resistant to spongy tissue than pure Alphonso, but I should still be monitored for mango hoppers and powdery mildew.

I am a long-lived perennial tree that can provide high-quality, commercial-grade harvests for 40 to 60 years with proper management.
