I am Pinkerton Avocado, the elongated pear-shaped gem of orchards. My pebbled green skin peels easily, revealing smooth, nutty flesh with high oil content. I thrive in warm climates, producing consistent yields and extending the avocado season with winter-to-spring harvests.
I am a hybrid avocado cultivar producing elongated pear-shaped fruits with creamy flesh.
Developed in California by John Pinkerton in the 1960s; hybrid of Hass and Rincon.
Water weekly; drip irrigation preferred.
Requires full sun.
Thrives in 20–30°C; tolerates mild frost.
Plant in well-drained soil; spacing 5–6 meters apart.
Apply compost and NPK 8:10:10 every 2–3 months.

Fruits are safe; leaves and seeds toxic to pets.
Moderate; dense foliage reduces dust.
