I am Abiu, the golden orb of the tropics. My smooth yellow skin hides a jelly-like, translucent pulp that tastes like caramel flan mixed with vanilla. I thrive in warm climates, offering farmers a rare fruit and families a sweet delicacy.

Native to the Amazon rainforest; cultivated in Brazil, Colombia, and tropical Asia.
Water weekly; keep soil moist but well-drained.
Requires full sun (6–8 hours daily).
Thrives in 25–35°C; sensitive to frost.
Plant in sandy-loam soil; spacing 6–8 meters apart.
Apply compost and NPK 8:10:10 every 2–3 months; supplement with calcium and magnesium.
