I am Banana Elaichi, the tiny fragrant banana. My short, plump fruits carry a sweet aroma like cardamom. I thrive in warm climates, offering families a quick snack and farmers a premium orchard crop.

Native to South India; popular in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Gujarat.
Water every 3–4 days; drip irrigation preferred.
Requires full sun.
Thrives in 20–35°C; sensitive to frost.
Plant in fertile, well-drained soil; spacing 1.5–2 meters apart.
Apply compost and NPK 10:10:10 every 2–3 months; supplement with potassium for fruit sweetness.

Fruits are safe; leaves used for cooking.
